town Dorokhovo, where he lives with ten years of age, became his second
homeland, largely determined the boy's love for the woods, hunting,
wildlife. Of course, you live all your life among the majestic beauty of Central Russia, and remain totally indifferent to them. Volodya
was lucky - his grandfather, a retired colonel, who started the service
back in the imperial army and the last three wars, was not only very
partial to the nature and draw, but unobtrusively devoted grandson in
what had been given from birth. Father appreciated
lingering music rut, kept hounds, and hunt for colorful, black and
white trail was a holiday for the souls of all men in the family.

after returning home, Vladimir began to everyday working life - he
worked as a forester and hunter households in Moscow and Tula regions,
in absentia, was trained in VSHIZO. The desire to
capture on canvas the wonderful moments of life of wildlife that gave
him the forest, not weaken, and Romanov entered the painting department
of the People's University of the Arts, who in 1987 graduated with
honors. Since then, his life and work became a favorite - the image of animals and hunting scenes.
